Just give it a try and you’ll find out.. you just need to install a wp-plugin to publish linkworth in your site.

You need to have the wordpress plugin and optional code (maybe) if you want some part of your site not to show the text link ads.
I have been meaning to try Linkworth, I have had some success with text link ads in the past so I may give them a try.
